For those ashore, Fireside has tennis, volleyball, ping-pong, horseshoes, shuffleboard, etc.  There are swings for the little folks.  And there is forest, with trails, or one can strike off through the brush.  Many kinds of trees, shrubs, and flowers delight even the experienced woodsman.  Located not far from the main building is the Teen Hut, where you may play ping-pong, and adults may visit if they wish.  Easy motoring takes one to the golf courses near Alpena and Rogers City.  Or, the historic lighthouses, the limestone quarries, or the sandy beaches of Lake Huron.  Or enjoy our own 9 hole Disc Golf Course.  All ages can enjoy the unique game that winds through the grounds of the Inn.
